Digby Fitzhardinge Memorial Prize

The Digby Fitzhardinge Memorial Prize was established in 1972 by Digby Fitzhardinge's parents to commemorate their son. Digby attended the University of Tasmania in 1970 as a first year student in Science. Tragically he died as a result of an accident while playing rugby in 1971 for the University of Western Australia Colts Team. Digby very much enjoyed his year studying at the University of Tasmania and had outstanding potential in the field of Physics.
