Athol Townley Memorial Prize

The Athol Townley Memorial Prize was established in 1968 by certain friends and admirers of the late Athol G Townley, who was for many years a member of the House of Representatives and held the portfolio of Minister for Defence. The prize was founded with the object of establishing some permanent recognition of the outstanding service he rendered to Australia and to Tasmania in particular.

 

Eligibility

Awarded to the student who has done the most outstanding work in the field of International Relations at 200 level or 300 level.
