Murray Todd Prize

This prize was endowed by members of the Tasmania Staff Association, colleagues, friends and former students of the late Professor Murray Todd, Professor of English in the University of Tasmania from 1956 until his death in 1960.

 

Eligibility

Awarded annually to the candidate who shows the greatest proficiency in the Bachelor of Arts with Honours course in the College of Arts, Law and Education. In the event of two candidates for the prize being of equal merit, their undergraduate records will be taken into account. No candidate shall be awarded the prize unless they qualify for the degree of Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours.
