Prizes

In 1869 a fund was raised by public subscription in recognition of the services of the late Sir Richard Dry, the first Premier of Tasmania, with the object of perpetuating his memory among the youth of Tasmania. In 1892 the funds raised from the subscription provided for this prize for the encouragement of learning.

Awarded for the highest score in Mathematics Specialised 4(MTS415118) at the TCE examinations. The recipient must be enrolled in Mathematics units in their first year of study at the University of Tasmania.
