The Wayne Brookes Visual Art Travel Prize

This prize is generously supported by Dr Wayne Brookes, a graduate of the University of Tasmania and a past resident of the Rosamond McCulloch Studio. This award is to support University of Tasmania postgraduate Visual Art students and alumni who have been selected for an artist studio residency at the Rosamond McCulloch Studio Cite Internationale des Arts, Paris, France.

 

Eligibility

Awarded to the Rosamond McCulloch Studio participant who is deemed by the selection committee to be the most worthy. The selected candidate must be an emerging visual artist; that is, within their first five years of professional practice or gallery representation. The selected candidate cannot be the recipient of a University of Tasmania travel scholarship. This award is available to postgraduate Visual Art students or recent alumni who have been selected for an artist studio residency at the Rosamond McCulloch Studio Cite Internationale des Arts, Paris, France.
