This prize was bequeathed by the late Honourable Sir Philip Oakley Fysh.

Awarded for the highest scores in the subjects of English Literature (ENL315114), Modern History (HSM315115) and Economics (ECN315116) and/or Geography (GGY315115) in the TCE examinations, and for continuing on to study with the University of Tasmania.

$4,500 per annum for up to three years
