Margaret Liddell Officer Horsfall, BA, DipEd, FRSA, former Senior Lecturer in Art Education in the University of Tasmania and former Fulbright Scholar, arranged before her death to make funds available to establish a bursary for art students in the Centre for Education in the University of Tasmania.

Awarded to the student who has successfully completed the first year of the Master of Teaching and is planning to continue with a major study in Art in their second year.
